Special Development

If the standard solutions require specific customization for your activity, our teams can improve your front-end solution by developing complementary management rules, to personalize, incorporate, and migrate data.

TMA (Application Management) assistance

ALOER offers a TMA (Application Management) service of software solutions that we implement:

The application maintenance service covers the following activities:

  • Progressive maintenance
  • Curative maintenance
  • Interface with the publisher regarding incidents related to software standards
  • A telephone helpline

The purpose of the curative maintenance on the software is to insure the incident management and, if necessary, the correction of anomalies that can happen while using the solution.

The purpose of the progressive maintenance on the software is to make amendments according to the client’s wishes. The definition of the interventions, the means necessary to the realization and the intervention process are the same for the progressive and curative maintenance. The response time – Service Quality – for each service is determined by common consent with the Client.

Deployment methodology

A project lives thanks to its project team, which gathers ALOER’s resources and also some skilled and multidisciplinary resources from your company.

The project team’s objective is to direct and achieve the project from its beginning to its end. So from the study phase to the start-up support, the project team is rigorously involved in the operations and the management of the project.

Depending on the project’s type, ALOER applies the OPIM methodology (One Point Implementation Methodology).

The strength of the OPIM methodology is its capacity to adapt to the client context, to the solution implemented (ERP, SCM), to the constraints and aims of the project.

It also involves project planning and the transfer of knowledge, the guarantee of the respect of deadlines and the company’s appropriation of the software.

Its setting up usually requires 5 steps, contained in 3 phases:

Integration

This phase is related to the following stages of the OPIM methodology:

  • Initiate
  • Design

Building up of the solution

  • Build
  • Start the production

Start of the production

This phase is related to the following stages of the one point methodology:

  • Deploy
  • Closure

Plus, the project management permits to supervise the successful performance of each step, as well as their recette (recipe/revenue) and their validation during steering committees.
